Our float halves are made from high-quality material that is processed in a multi-stage process. Each half is drawn twice, soft annealed and then drawn twice again to achieve optimum shape and stability. Finally, the edge is precisely trimmed to ensure a perfect fit and tight weld. This manufacturing method guarantees durability and maximum precision for the magnetic level indicator.
Challenge
The manufacture of a float for the level indicator requires the highest precision to ensure reliable operation and tight welding of the two holders. In addition, the material must be robust enough to withstand different liquid media and environmental conditions without corrosion or deformation. The magnetic indicator requires precise manufacturing to guarantee accurate level measurement. The silicone seal must hold within the groove, this groove is created by a so-called indentation, this undercut must be created after the moulding process
