Challenge
The manufacture of an aluminium capsule for hookahs requires the utmost precision to ensure a perfect fit and tight seal. The aluminium must be processed in such a way that it can withstand the intense conditions of hookah use without deformation or leaks that could impair taste or function.
Solution
The capsule and lid are deep-drawn from high-quality aluminium to create the ideal shape for holding shisha tobacco. The edges are then flanged to ensure a stable and tight seal. This is followed by punching and embossing to achieve precise contours and an aesthetically pleasing surface. This multi-stage manufacturing process guarantees a durable, functional and lightweight capsule that is perfectly suited for hookahs.
