This tray is an optional component for small parts counting scales. Thanks to its special spout design, it enables precise and controlled dosing of small parts, which increases efficiency and accuracy in counting processes.
Challenge
The manufacture of a bowl with a precise spout mould requires the utmost precision to ensure consistent dosing. At the same time, the bowl must be robust enough to withstand the demands of industrial environments without deformation or material weaknesses.
Solution
The blank is first precisely laser-cut to create the basic shape. The material is then drawn to form the bowl with its characteristic spout shape. Finally, the rim is laser-cut again to ensure precise contours and a smooth surface.
