Bayonet ring (060)
The bayonet ring serves as a robust holder in autoclaves to ensure secure and stable fastening under extreme conditions.
Challenge
Manufacturing requires several steps to guarantee tight tolerances and stability, while the complex geometry of the tabs and fasteners must withstand the high demands of autoclaves.
Solution
The blank is formed by deep drawing, precisely cut off and cut with a laser. The tabs are then bent and nuts and bolts are inserted.
