Brine nebuliser (082)
The nebuliser is used in brine baths, saunas, infrared cabins and private homes for the ultrasonic nebulisation of salt water. The steam produced can be inhaled to improve air quality and promote health.
Challenge
Manufacturing requires the utmost care and expertise to create a robust nebuliser that meets the requirements of ultrasonic technology and ensures the uniform nebulisation of salt water under various conditions.
Solution
The nebuliser is pressed and pulled, then the bolts are welded with spot welding, which remains invisible from the outside to ensure a seamless design.
