The filling funnel is used in pharmaceutical production facilities. Due to multiple extreme forming processes, multiple annealing was necessary to maintain material integrity.
Challenge
Manufacturing requires careful work to create a funnel that can withstand complex forming processes and meet the high purity and stability requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
Solution
The funnel was pressed several times and annealed accordingly to ensure a stable, precisely shaped structure with optimum material strength.
