Strainer (053)
The filter is a key component in the tubing system of medical devices. Its special feature: the filter elements serve as end caps on both sides to ensure maximum functionality and safety.
Challenge
The manufacture of the filter requires the highest precision to ensure tight tolerances and reliable sealing. The filter elements on both sides must be assembled with precision to guarantee flawless functioning in a medical environment
Solution
The casing is formed by deep drawing and punched in the centre. The ring and the sieve are also punched and then precisely assembled. Finally, the casing is rolled up.
