Casing (032)
This housing is used in fans and serves as a sturdy casing for the internal components. It ensures secure fastening and protection of the fan technology while guaranteeing efficient air circulation and durability.
Challenge
The manufacture of a fan housing requires the highest precision to ensure a perfect fit and stability. The challenge lies in the exact shaping and secure integration of fasteners such as nuts and bolts, which must withstand the high mechanical stresses and vibrations during operation.
Solution
The housing is drawn from chrome steel to achieve the optimum shape for fan use. The nut is then precisely crimped to create a stable base for fastening. Bolts are then welded into the outer surface to ensure a secure and durable connection.
