Ceiling lamp canopy / holder (046)
The canopy is screwed to the ceiling and serves as a stable base for attaching lamps and their electronics. It combines functionality with aesthetic design for a safe and stylish lighting solution.
Challenge
The manufacture of a canopy requires the utmost precision to ensure secure fastening and a perfect fit for the lamp and electronics. The design must also be visually appealing and durable in order to meet the requirements of modern lighting systems.
Solution
The blank is deep-drawn to create the basic shape and punched, with all holes being cut precisely in a single stroke. Nubs are then embossed to ensure additional stability. Finally, the canopy is coated to achieve a durable, aesthetic surface.
