Stirring plate (043)
The stirring plate is used in universal mixers in laboratories and the chemical industry. With a diameter of 100 mm to 600 mm, it is suitable for various applications and ensures efficient and homogeneous mixing of materials.
Challenge
The manufacture of a stirring plate requires the highest precision to ensure uniform holes and a robust structure that can withstand the mechanical and chemical stresses in laboratory and industrial environments. Adapting to different diameters (100 mm to 600 mm) poses an additional challenge.
Solution
The stirring plate is made from high-quality material, with the holes first being punched to achieve uniform perforation. It is then embossed and pressed to achieve the desired shape and stability. Finally, the surface is milled.
