Thread catcher (074)
Thread catcher for weaving machines.
The thread is shot through the catcher with air pressure. The catcher must be processed very cleanly so that the thread cannot get caught on it. If the catcher is not processed cleanly, the thread can be cut at the edge, a thread break must be avoided, otherwise the machine will stop.

Solution
The catcher is pressed and polished, then the surface is hardened and chemically nickel-plated.
