Challenge
The production of a functional collection funnel requires the highest precision, especially when pressing the material and cutting two holes of different sizes. The challenge lies in ensuring the exact shape of the funnel while maintaining the stability of the material and ensuring that the holes are clean and precisely cut.
Solution
The collection funnel is made of high-quality chrome steel, which is pressed into the desired funnel shape. Two holes of different sizes are then precisely cut out to ensure functionality. Finally, the bottom of the funnel is cut out so that both sides are open, allowing for a smooth flow of liquid. This process guarantees durability, precision and clean workmanship.
