Challenge
Manufacturing a lid with a cone that is half as thick as the outer wall requires the utmost precision. The shape must be exact in order to withstand the demanding conditions of cryptotechnical applications.
Solution
The lid is drawn from high-quality material to create the basic shape. The cone is then pressed and turned to achieve the precise, halved thickness while maintaining stability.
