Cover (066)
The cover is used in train compositions to conceal towel dispensers, whereby cracks occasionally occur at the corners during production.
Challenge
Manufacturing requires the highest precision to prevent corner cracks and create a robust, durable structure that meets the high demands of train operation.
Solution
The blank is precisely cut with a laser and then drawn simultaneously on the inside and outside to create a seamless, crack-free shape.
